1937
The company Cotti Aldo is founded and in 1941 become Cotti Aldo Spa.
1960
Renato Predan, from a small town in Friuli, moved to Milan and start to work in Cotti Aldo as an employee. In the same year he met Mirella, warehouse manager in the same company. In 1963 Renato e Mirella got married.
1971
After gaining experience in the commercial office Renato becomes salesman. He followed for many years the wholesaler customers becoming the most important salesman..
1981
The market is changing and Cotti Aldo Spa, with more than 80 workers, is too big and is preparing to close.
Renato, helped by Mirella, takes over the KeyChain, KeyRing and Gift Items manufacturing sector by founding the firm SIRIO. He hires 10 from the best workers and settles in a shed in Cusago.
1991
From Cusago the firm SIRIO moved to Trezzano in a more modern industrial building, the current headquarter of firm PREDAN.
1996
After everal years as a salesman Claudio, son of Renato and Mirella acquires the firm Sirio. The momentum of modernity that combines craftsmanship with the most modern technologies is immediately clear.
1997
The first institutional site is published online, a real novelty for that era.
2001
Claudio reaches an agreement with the Pino Domenico firm, up to that moment his competitor. He takes over the production of plastic lucky horn and becomes the only and most important manufacturer of luchy horn in the world.
2004
The production expands and there is a particular focus on men’s fashion accessories.
2008
Claudio, always fascinated by new technologies, publishes the first On Line Shop dedicated to buckles and belts.
2012
The market changes and Firm Predan adapts to the change. The customers, until that moment formed by wholesalers, change in a most heterogeneous formed by retailer, shop, department store and firm or fashion designer who need promotional item or private label production.

The OnLine Shop oriented to B2C and B2B are now three.
